Recently Alandale was the host of an Inter Village Quiz Afternoon.  

Thirteen teams took part and the following villages were represented:

• Tamahere Eventide
• Forest Lake Village Gardens
• Perrinpark
• Summerset down the Lane
• Netherville
• Trevellyn
• Alandale

It was a fun afternoon of tricky questions from Quiz Master Liz, masses of brain power and whispering amongst the teams taking part, lots of smiles and laughter, goodwill and friendship.  

The winning team on the day was from Perrinpark, closely challenged by the two teams from Forest Lake.

Congratulations to the Committee who organised such a pleasant afternoon that was well run and enjoyed by everyone.
